【Self-Testing Feature】
Be sure to conduct a self-test prior to use, by grasping the pen tip with one hand and touching the end with your other hand.If the light illuminates, the tester pen is operating properly and is well-charged. If the light does not come on, replace the battery.

【Automatic Detection】
When placed near the insulation of a wire or the plastic casing of electrical devices, the light will indicate if the wire is live. A brighter light signifies a higher voltage in the circuit being tested, and vice versa.
【Wire Break Detection】
By touching the pen tip to the wire and holding the end of the pen with your other hand, the point at which the light goes out indicates where the break is. This method can be used to detect breaks in common devices such as rice cookers, computers, or power strips.

【DC Voltage Detection】
Place one hand on the end of the pen, connect the positive terminal of the battery with the pen tip and the negative terminal of the battery with your other hand. If the light is on, the battery is charged; if not, it needs to be replaced.
【Bright & Waterproof】
The pen is equipped with a bright LED light, which remains clearly visible during daylight. Moreover, it is water-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor tasks.

Ensure your hand is in contact with the end of the pen, specifically the area of the screw rod; otherwise, it cannot be confirmed if the wire is live.
When the pen makes contact with the live socket, the light turns on, confirming the wire is carrying electricity. If the pen touches the grounding slot, the light remains off.
Since air can acquire a static charge, a slight movement may cause the pen to flicker briefly.
